Our Deals & BundlesKitting out a team is a different job from ordering one garment: sizes across several people, more than one garment type, and the same branding applied consistently to all of it — then matched again months later when someone new joins. We supply and decorate the whole set, keep your artwork and specification on record, and make the repeat order a matter of telling us the sizes. Delivery is UK-wide; collection is from 139 Balaam Street, London E13.
A uniform order rarely wants one method throughout. We will recommend a split that keeps the branding consistent while suiting each garment, and quote it as one order.
Polos, jackets, fleeces and caps — the garments worn and washed most. Stitching outlasts transfer on these, and a digitised logo keeps every future order identical to the first.
Lighter garments, larger designs, and anything with photographic or gradient detail that embroidery cannot hold.
Individual names or job titles alongside the company logo, so the same order can carry per-person detail without a separate run.
One logo file is used for both printing and embroidery, but the two reproduce differently: embroidery needs a simplified version if your logo carries fine detail or small text. We will flag this when we quote, so the printed and embroidered garments still look like the same brand.
Which garments, which colours, and the size breakdown across your team. We will suggest garments that come in the size range you need.
Upload it with your quote request — PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG, EPS. One file covers every garment in the order.
One quote for the whole set, with a proof per decoration method showing position and final dimensions.
Check every proof before approving. We record the approved specification so a repeat order matches it exactly.
We decorate and check the full set, then hand it over at the shop or send it out.
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, SVG and EPS files through the upload on your quote request. Vector artwork (AI, SVG, EPS or vector PDF) reproduces best. For pixel artwork, send 300 dpi at the final print size. Ordinary artwork usually needs digitising before it can be embroidered — we do this as part of your quote.
Some urgent orders can be accommodated, depending on garment stock, artwork readiness, payment and production capacity. Send us your design, quantity, sizes and the date and time you need the order by, and we will confirm in writing whether we can meet your deadline and what it will cost. Please treat a deadline as agreed only once we have confirmed it.
Send an urgent enquiryThat is the point of keeping your record. We hold the approved artwork, the digitised embroidery file, the garment and colour, and the logo positions and sizes — so a new starter's polo matches the ones your team already has. Tell us the sizes and we will quote from the existing specification.
Yes, and most uniform orders do. We quote it as a single order with a proof for each method, so you approve both before anything is made.
It varies by garment rather than being one universal range, so we check the specific garments against your size breakdown before quoting and tell you if something will not cover everyone. Our size guide gives the measurements for the ranges we stock.
Yes, and we can decorate it. Logo position on hi-vis is constrained by the reflective tape and the garment's construction, so we will tell you where your logo can go on the specific garment. We do not make claims about a garment's safety certification beyond what the manufacturer states.
By garment, quantity, number of logo positions, and decoration method — which is why we quote rather than list a price. A larger team order costs less per garment because setup is spread across more items. Your quote states the total before you pay.
Either. Collection is from 139 Balaam Street, London E13 8AF, and we will tell you when the order is ready. UK delivery is available on every order and is quoted with it.
Collection is separate from delivery: we post completed orders anywhere in the UK, and you can collect from this address instead if it is easier. See delivery and collection for both options.
